I have been working with Daniel for the last 6+ years. We’ve set goals and have met them all. I continue to work out with Daniel multiple times per week because coming into Fuse is a huge stress reliever and I know I am benefiting my long term health and fitness, while improving my pickle ball / tennis game. I leave feeling energized for the rest of the day. Daniel is very conscientious about technique and can gives cues to maximize each movement. Each session has a written program tailored specifically to me, goals and needs. He knows exactly how hard to push me to maximize my time in the gym. Daniel is educated and is continuously taking classes and bringing that knowledge into our training.

I’ve been working out with Daniel for over to 4 years now and it has honestly been nothing less than great! My workouts are one of my favorite times of the week. Daniel doesn’t just focuses on weight loss or building muscle (although both have happened in a positive way) he really concentrates on how your body functions and feels. After a knee injury, I had daily knee pain that no longer affects me. He has helped me figure out causes of neck pain, wrist pain and collarbone pain. Teaching me how to work through it and not have those pains daily. I find that adding sessions during stressful times really makes both my body and mind feel stronger! I cannot recommend Daniel more highly. He is truly so knowledgeable and passionate about his work and it pays off for his clients!

Daniel created a custom training program for me, focusing on building strength and endurance, increasing overall athleticism, so that I can continue to play competitive soccer at 40+ years old. I was having issues with strained hamstrings, calf muscles, and foot/ankle discomfort. Daniel’s programs helped me recover from and has prevented additional injuries. I feel I am in the best shape of my life now regarding strength, endurance, durability, work capacity, and longevity because of Daniel’s programming and advice. I appreciate his thoughtful and individualized approach to writing programs, and his insights on topics like warm-up’s, cool-down’s, biomechanics, and footwear.

Daniel has been my only trainer for a few years now. I came to him when my back was going out multiple times a year and I heard how great he was at Foundation training. He has an expertise at not just basic training but the physiology of the body as well. Since I have been seeing Daniel my back issues are gone. Before I began training with Daniel I had assumed that I was in pretty decent shape as I have always been active and athletic, but what looked ok on the outside was just masking what was happening behind the scenes. My glutes and thigh muscles had pretty much deteriorated and I was suffering from chronic lower back pain, which prevented me from participating in the sports that I loved. Daniel assured me that he would help me resolve my back pain and after a year of strength training, I regained my muscle strength and did indeed resolve my back pain. I was always active but never incorporated weight training. Recently every article that I read stressed the importance of weight training. I could have very easily joined a gym and watched some YouTube videos, but I wanted to learn the correct techniques, and more importantly, I wanted accountability for myself and that is why I decided to go the personal trainer route. Daniel Loub was a God send during the pandemic. He kept me fit through virtual FaceTimes! I have since returned to the gym in person. We’ve had both continuity and customized programs since we started with him four years ago. Daniel is a good listener to clients needs and continues to tailor the programs. He clearly cares about the “whole person” and is sincerely interested in helping achieve goals. I never feel like it’s a chore to work out. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. I've been working out with Daniel now for around 6 years and he's an excellent trainer. When we started my goals were to get rid of the chronic back pain I had due to a disc problems and injury prevention as I play tennis about 5x a week. I've now been pain free for quite some time, rarely even get the little nagging aches & pains and I even lost about 15 pounds and move much better and more freely. Daniel puts a lot of thought and care into each of his clients needs and how to best help them. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease that left me in a wheel chair in 2017. I slowly regained my strength and started training with Daniel when I was on a cane…late 2020. Daniel is super knowledgeable of the human anatomy, breathing techniques and movement. His program is specific to me and my weaknesses and I feel it working as my gait is improving through strength. My goal is to run again and know I’ll get there with Daniels help.

Daniel is a great trainer. If you are at all interested in gaining not just strength, but also a real understanding of your body and how it all works, he’s your man. My experience was great, Daniel trained me for a few months at a time during off-seasons and I saw amazing results. I’m a baseball player at the University Of California Irvine and I saw huge strides in my performance and strength. I use these exercises today to help keep me in the best shape possible for my upcoming season. Daniel is very educated on how athletes should train, and how to focus on perfect form. You will be hard-pressed to find a better personal trainer than Daniel. I came to Daniel to train before I left to hike the Pacific Crest Trail. I’d experienced some hip flexor pain and instability on backpacking trips, and I knew that addressing it put me in the best position to begin hiking without injury. My disclaimer is that I HATE doing physical therapy exercises, and knew I needed accountability. Daniel not only provided that accountability, but checked in frequently to see how I was doing and determine what areas could be improved or modified. Daniel made training FUN, which is something I’d never experienced before. His science-based approach clearly demonstrated how much progress I can make when I’m focusing on correct breathing and movement. I very quickly found myself sleeping better and noticing ways that I was growing stronger even outside of my training hikes. Most importantly, I’m embarking on this 5-month physical journey full of confidence in what my body is capable of. I wouldn’t be able to say that without Daniel.
